FIRST COURSE • Caprese Stacks (Tomato, Bocconcini & Basil) with Balsamic Glaze • Picked Blue Swimmer Crab with Ruby Grapefruit, Chickpeas, Fish Roe & Sprouts • Lamb Carpaccio with Figs, Olives & Mint • Shredded Hoisin Duck Slider
