Charles is a Hospitality Industry Expert with over 22 years of experience and has virtually done it all in the strategy, operations, and business development areas of a food business; this coupled with teaching and marketing degrees makes Charles a gun at guiding, training, and connecting with clients as he combines his career experience in food with an approach to food retail problem solving rooted in education and development.
