Terms of Notice:

a) A nomination form for positions on the Board must be lodged 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting. To be eligible, nominees must have been a paid member of the Bathurst Business Chamber for 12 months as of the date of the Annual General Meeting.

b) A proxy voting form for those who are unable to attend the meeting is required to be lodged with the Secretary not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Proxy forms can be email to bathurstbusinesschamber1@gmail.com, or posted to the Bathurst Business Chamber , PO BOX 283, Bathurst NSW 2795.
